'How can my major make the world a better place?'

 Hi my dears friends

Chemistry, my major, I guess, studies the properties and behaviors of matter in terms of atoms. How can this affect the world? Well, I couldn´t explain it to you in the best way because I am a freshman, but even when I get my degree, if I do, I wouldn't know how to explain it to you either, but at least I'll try explain to you  through these paragraphs.

Chemistry, according to me, has many and varied approaches. From the health aspect, it can contribute to the development of new drugs, although it is more the field of pharmacists. In the technological field, it can help the development of new materials or new methods that, for example, contribute to mining (methods of extraction of minerals in a better way than the one that exists today) and this contributes to the economy of the country. . .., in simple words., chemistry helps the continuous improvement of what has to do with science and with this with the world. Also, and not least, my major can improve the world through new knowledge and teaching of chemistry, perhaps not creating brilliant people, but for people who are passionate about science and who contribute in one way or another to the world.

How chemistry affects me and how it could affect me, I think for some reason I chose it, I see myself as someone who is excited about everything related to chemistry, to a large extent I think I like it more and more.

A meal I really like

  A food that I really like is what is known in Chile and in other parts of the world as " Empanada de queso frita", especially in South America. My future job

  Hi to everyone again To know what kind of job I would like to have, I must tell you that I am currently studying Chemistry, only Chemistry, many people tell me "Ahh Chemistry and Pharmacy", but it is not like that, they are too different careers. . . . . .. from the fifth or sixth semester.   The type of job that I would like to have would be one in which, as a priority, I do not stress and be happy doing it, in addition, could be a mix between working in the field and in the laboratory. I would not want to spend the rest of my days locked in a laboratory. Of course, I would like to travel for my work, especially to Europe, or to one of these "cool" countries. As for salaries, I am not very demanding (I suppose), but I would like to have money for basic needs such as living lol, and to give myself things.   What specialty would I like? Summer Holidays

  My last summer holidays were the summer of 2020 just before the covid pandemic, it was the first time I went on holidays with my friends, we had recently left school, and we went to "San Sebastián" for two weeks, they were great. Before that we almost always went to the Coquimbo region, because I have relatives there, and this summer we will go there again, but in my opinion the best vacations I have had are the ones when I went to Cuba, with almost all my family from my Mom, we were between twelve and fourteen people, and the good thing is that my cousins ​​are almost the same age, it was great, not so much because it was abroad, although it influences a lot hahaha, but more than anything it was the fact that that we were many people enjoying together.
