Definitely my favorite food is the burrito and I will explain what it consists of. I would tell you that it is a food of Mexican origin, but I think the idea I have of the "burrito" is more North American, I mean the type of fast food. Well, more focused on what a burrito is, it's too simple, it's a corn tortilla full of everything you can imagine and that's the point because I love this food. For me it must have beef, rice, guacamole, black beans, pico de gallo, and hot sauce.
How can you do it? I guess it's too easy. Well, the first step (I will explain it to you with my favorite ingredients, but you decide how to prepare it) is to make the omelette or buy in the supermarket, I prefer to buy. Then, you have to do the accompaniments, in this case; You must cook the meat as you wish, make a normal rice, also the guacamole, which has avocado, tomato, coriander, onion and is seasoned to taste, the pico de gallo is the same as the guacamole but without avocado, and the black beans. , which are sold in the Supermarket. Once all the above is ready, you must heat the tortilla in the pan (instead of the microwave) for a short time on both sides, now you must fill it and close the tortilla, the instructions on how to close the burrito are in the bag of the tortilla. I prefer to give him the first bite to savor the burrito in its essence and then I add a little bit of Tabasco, and that's it, too easy, right?
I would tell you that the burrito can be a healthy meal depending on how you prepare it and how many burritos you eat (usually about two or three depending on the size), but it is your choice to eat a burrito with only vegetables or a delicious burrito with meat, which even it may not be as harmful to your health.
